Your subscription
Flexstreams supplies access to the licensed IPTV package confirmed during your order. Available channels, titles, features and regional access depend on that package. A player application or device is separate unless expressly included.
Plans and ordering
The listed offers are 1 month $20, 3 months $37, 6 months $49 and 12 months $77 USD total, each with one simultaneous connection. Other categories cover 2 or 3 connections, with annual Premium plans for up to 5. See the homepage for category-specific total prices. Before paying, confirm your device, region, package, payment method and activation timing with us. Clicking Buy Now opens WhatsApp and does not place a paid order by itself.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate order details, keep your login private and use the service only as authorised for your package and territory. Do not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, share access publicly or bypass access restrictions without written permission. You are responsible for your device, internet connection and any separate app licence.
Support and service changes
Contact us if you have a technical problem. Tell us your device, app and order reference. Programming and third-party app features may change; contact us about any material issue affecting your package. We confirm support availability and response expectations directly rather than promise a fixed response time.
Refunds and ending a subscription
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from payment, covering the full subscription price. Contact us within that period to request a refund. For cancellation or renewal questions, contact us before your current term ends. Any recurring-payment arrangement must be expressly confirmed before payment.
Applicable rights and questions
These terms do not exclude rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law. Contact Flexstreams at [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 786 9364 550 with questions about an order or these terms.
